In addition, Penson Financial Services provides Excess SIPC insurance of $200 million in the aggregate, over all customer accounts, subject to a maximum limit of $900,000 per account, in respect to cash. This excess protection is in addition to the SIPC protection and is subject to certain conditions and limitations. This coverage does not protect against market depreciation, fluctuation or trading loss.
